FOR THE SAFETY of our clients, artists, and staff, due to the rising gold prices and increase in crime, we have had to proactively implement several safety upgrades.

We would like to inform you of our new entry policy, which requires clients to scan their ID upon arrival. This process does not collect personal information, but simply verifies that the ID is valid. This extra step helps ensure a safer environment for both our clients and staff, allowing you to visit the gallery or bring in your stones or turn in gold with greater peace of mind. 

To maintain personalized service, we continue to limit the number of parties in our gallery.

We appreciate your patience or encourage you to make an appointment to ensure you will not have to wait. Appointments also allow us to verify regular clients in advance, and in such cases, ID scans will not be required.
If you are a long-term client without an appointment, we may recognize you and waive the scan, but please understand that new team members may still ask for ID until they get to know you.
