FOR THE SAFETY of our clients, artists, and staff, we recognize that rising gold prices have contributed to an increase in crime. Over the past year, we have proactively implemented several safety upgrades in response to trends in the jewelry industry.

We would like to inform you of our new entry policy, which requires clients to scan their ID upon arrival. This process does not collect personal information, but simply verifies that the ID is valid. We believe this extra step helps ensure a safe environment, allowing you to shop, bring in your stones, and turn in your gold with greater peace of mind. 

To maintain personalized service, we continue to limit the number of parties in our gallery. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to make an appointment if you plan to visit. This allows us to verify regular clients in advance, and in such cases, ID scans will not be required. If you are a long-term client, we may recognize you and waive the scan, but please understand that new team members may still ask for ID until they get to know you.
