Kirsten Muenster
Kirsten Muenster is an artist, sculptor, and curator of fine objects; a fourth generation metalsmith and jeweler. Nature, unusual materials, ancient artifacts and crafting techniques inspire her work and process. She distills nature’s diverse forms and elegant gestures to create statement pieces that blur the line between jewelry, sculpture and object. The pieces are bold in scale, substantial without being heavy; she balances clean minimal lines with raw organic elements to make sculptural jewelry, carved by hand and rooted in nature.
