Custom Convertible/Transforming Pearl Earrings in Platinum and South Sea Pearls
Process: This pair of earrings was created using pearls my client hand-selected while vacationing in the South Seas. She's mostly a casual dresser, but every now and then there is a special occasion when she wants a little extra WOW factor.
With that in mind, I designed the pearl drop to be removable. Worn on their own, the earrings create a beautifully simple, sculptural curved line. Add the pearl drop, and they instantly become a more dramatic and elegant look for dressier occasions, giving her two distinct styles in one pair of earrings.
