Custom Convertible Pearl Earrings in Platinum and South Sea Pearls
10mm South Sea pearl, platinum
Process: This pair of earrings was created using pearls my client hand-selected while vacationing in the South Seas. She's mostly a casual dresser, but every now and then there is a special occasion when she wants a little extra WOW factor.
With that in mind, I designed the pearl drop to be removable. Worn without the pearl, the earrings create a simple, sculptural curved line. Add the pearl drop, and they instantly become more dramatic and elegant, perfect for dressier occasions and giving her two distinct styles with a single pair of earrings.
